Help Wanted: Seeking Queens Zoo Volunteers!

Connect with the community and share your love of animals by volunteering at the Queens Zoo.
As a volunteer, you’ll:
-
Teach schoolchildren and other visitors about animals.
-
Give guided tours.
-
Work in the Wild Discovery Room.

Help instructors give presentations.
-
Get involved with special events.
Participants take part in a multi-week training program and make a commitment to volunteer at least one day during the week or one day every other weekend. The volunteer program is open to those age 18 and older. An informational Open House and training class will be held soon.
